Hope

As most of you know last week was a hard week for my family and myself. It was my son's birthday and also the 1st anniversary of his death. I want to thank all who said a prayer or remembered Scott in some way. Donna a Blogger friend, has a wonderful blog called "My Backdoor Blog" She honored me with a post this past week. I would love for all of you to visit it, and her older post as well. You will enjoy all her "writings" Maybe one of these days, I will be blessed to actually meet Donna, and we can share a real HUG. Mother Nature

Mother Nature is teasing us here in the foothills of NC. 75 degree temperatures and the daffodils are blooming. But I do know it may just be a tease. We have had major cold weather in March. Here is a few pictures of some cards I have put together this week and a little folder to gift them in. As you can tell I am thinking summer and the beautiful flowers that it brings with it. The next set of pictures are made from K&Company's Garden Cottage Collection. The first is a box I made for my SIL who is battling cancer. I thought it would be nice to have something to put all her get well cards in. Inside I also placed a little packet of blank notecards for her to use for thank you notes. The second picture is of the little cards, I made.
