Have you Ever

Have you ever had one of those weeks, where nothing turns out like you envisioned? That is how it has been with me for awhile now. I know what I want and how I want it to look, but it will not come together. Anyhow, this is how it turned out, not the way I envisioned but just the way it did. One good thing about today. I made Apple Dumplings for dessert tonight. I served them with Butter Almond Ice cream. Luckily they turned out the way I anticipated they would. At 365 cards today, we were to use a hexagon as the focal point of our card. Well I made the card in a hexagon shape, and added a 6 pointed snowflake to it. All were cut out using my Cricut. I used a Opalescent Spray Glitter made by Flora Craft to add sparkle to the snowflake. The hexagon card was cut from pearlized blue card stock. Then finished it off by adding little pearls from MS.

OK, first off - you need to share the recipe for Apple Dumplings! (Wasn't there a movie, "The Apple Dumpling Gang" by Disney?)
And second, your card is gorgeous! I love the way it turned out! The little pearls add an elegant finishing touch! I am so proud to call you my BFF. I like to know people that are as creative as you, maybe it will rub off on me.
