Evidently I am not Good at Reading Directions

I think this will be my 3 contribution to Beverly's Pink Saturdays. Well evidently I missed this part:

Reminder - We have a weekly challenge for you to visit the blog of at least one participant that you have never visited before. Then next Saturday include that blog and a link in your post. Quite a few of you have been done this challenge, and have met some of the great Pink Saturday participants. Thank you for sharing with us.This week I am featuring four blogs of Pink Saturday participants. These Pink Saturday participants have requested to be a featured blog, and there will be up to five featured blogs each Saturday. Please visit, get to know and say hello to these participants. They have each written the following personal greetings to you.

Sorry, I have not been doing that. Somehow I missed that part. So to make up for it, I will link you to Beverly's so you can see what Pink Saturdays is all about.

The other link will be to Debbie at Simply Debbie. I am still not following directions very good. This is not the first time I have visited with Debbie. I met Debbie through Beverly's blog. The first thing I noticed when I visited with Debbie was that she was a member of a society that none of us want a membership in. Her beautiful daughter died in October 09 of cancer. After commenting to her, she returned with an email that have instantly made us friends. She lets me talk about Scott, she lets me share my bad days, my angry days. She understands the different emotions that I am going through. And she reassures me that I am ok, that all of this is normal, that is if you could call what we share normal. Having a child die is not normal. Thank you Beverly for having Pink Saturdays, and introducing me to Debbie. And Debbie, thank you for being here for me at this time in my life when there are no answers.
Now for my Pink contribution.

I have not made anything Pink this week. so I walked around in my yard and snapped a picture of a few of the pink things that I found in my garden this week. Thanks for checking in on me this week.

Happy Pink Saturday! I'm stopping by from Debbies! Lovely pink flowers. My mom always grew Cleomes and I so adored them but I can not get them to grow in our heat here in SC. I've tried several times and it is so disappointing. Thank you for sharing your today! Blessings, Nan

What pretty flowers...and the pink cat..waaay cute.

Hi, my name is bj and I am over from DEBBIES pretty blog. She sure loves you ...and I see you love her, too. Well, I love you both.
May you find comfort in knowing so many love you...in real life and in Blogland.

If you have time, I would love for you to visit sometime. I am a great-grandmother with 2 children and, out of those two, we were blessed with 10 grands. I am blessed AND I KNOW IT. :))

Hello Shelia, I'm Li and it is nice to meet you :-)

I came by from Debbie's blog and after reading about you back there I thought I should come visit and introduce myself too :-)

I have known Debbie for a while through Pink Saturdays too. I think Miss Beverly and this event have really given me the opportunity to meet beautiful ladies. Very blessed with that.

Oh and about the PS challenge. You k now, I used to share links of new ones I've met too . . . and then stopped . . .and then just last week, I gave it a wee twist and is starting to introduce first the ladies I have come to meet way way before during this event. I think that's ok too since when I visit new blogs, I get to share someone new to them still and I happen to have known these ladies already through their blogs :-)So maybe we are still on the right track :-)

I like your pink flowers especially the second one cause they look like tiny butterflies. Oh and the pink bunny? Made me smile :-)

Belated Happy PS!

Mizpah,
Li

Hello Sheila! Happy Pink, even though I'm late! I came via Debbie's blog, she said we must come and meet you.
I don't always follow the rules either regarding Pink Saturday, so don't stress about it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful flowers and I hope you have a week with some sunshine in it!

I wanted to email you, but couldn't find your address. My brother died at 51 and both my mom and dad were there. It is just unnatural for a child to die before the parents - so in some small way I know your anquish. I'm so sorry. I know Debbie feels like you do. Have you ever visited Mollye's blog? Her son just died too. She is having a hard time as well. Just hang on and tie a knot - God is there. And so are your friends. sandie
