Boy am I glad I'm finished with this one. For some reason, this week, I thought our Saturday Night Challenges were due on Saturday. But I got them done in plenty of time today since I had the day off from work. Pat has had these challenges going on for over a year, I don't know what made me think I had till tomorrow night. It must be all the chocolate marshmallow bunnies I've been eating, it's clogging up my brain cells. This weeks challenge was to make a treat holder. Yes A treat holder. Key word there is, A, not 30. This time blame the marshmallow peeps. And, yes I do have sugar crumbs on my face and lips.
I used the Cricut, School Book cartridge to cut all of these little bags out. I have the original Cricut, so the largest it would cut them is 5 1/2''. I assembled them using glue dots, and embellished them with all kinds of things. I used some children's foam cutouts, made some flowers, used primas, and ribbon. Everyone is different. Twenty of these, I will take to my Family's Easter dinner. There will be enough for everyone. They are filled with all the good stuff that is available only at Easter. Others I am putting in little plastic bags and making toppers for them, and distributing them to the paper carrier, postman, and some other little kids I know. (A couple of them are missing the mini snickers)
