Kids, Water, Presents, and Cupcakes

As I posted earlier, yesterday was my grand daughters 9th birthday. She had bunches of kids there, and all had a wonderful time I believe. They had a water slide, and stopped only long enough to eat cupcakes and then back to the slide. There were all ages, all sizes, not a care in the world. They were just spending a wonderful Sunday afternoon in a backyard, on a water slide, surrounded with friends. The major decision of the day for them was what color cupcake to eat. It was fun to watch them, they were so excited over the different colors. Some changed their minds 2 or 3 times before really deciding which one to eat. Some ate only the icing, others ate only the cake part. Wouldn't that be nice to have no worries. Here are some pictures of the party. I hope you enjoy seeing them. The pictures are a little insight into my life.

This is my DH and a few others. After the cupcakes he disappeared. I went inside, he was in the recliner snoozing. Nothing was going to interrupt his Sunday afternoon nap.The cupcakes before the kids got to them. This is a close up showing the little K&Company embellies that I stuck on tooth picks for toppers. This one shows the birthday girl, getting ready to blow out the candle. This was so much easier then messing with cake and ice cream. It was in the high 80'sFirst biteThe birthday girl and her BFF.The treat bags, I put together. I used a MS punch to do the border where the bag is folded down. then used a conglomeration of different stickers that I had. Again thanks for looking today.
